Today I will tell you the story about Arthur, my grandfather with a royal name. Arthur aka Prince is my grandfather on my mother’s side. He is a breed of Belgian shepard dog (Malinois) which stands out with he’s imposing stature. When Ioana saw him she said to Laur that she wants a dog just like Arthur. And since when you really wish something so badly that the stars align in such a way to make it happen, here I am, looking exactly like my grandfather.
My grandfather was a Romanian Beauty Champion in 2010. And also in 2010, in Rotterdam he received the 8th place and was the youngest dog in attend at the Mondioring World Championship held by the FCI (the World Canine Organisation). And he did such a great job, even at such a young age and being the first dog to open the competition. Even if today he is a bit old, Arthur is in a great condition. And his offsprings and grandchildren are remarkable dogs, with exceptional results in several competitions.
On the left is Laur with grandfather and on the right he is next to me. We look alike and he looks fondly at us both!
I think that I resemble very well my grandfather. And since Ioana wanted a big dog and one that looks like Arthur….now she’s got it 🙂
